How could I burn my body fat?!


Question: How could I burn my body fat!?
I'm George!. These are some things you should know about me:

I'm 13, turning 14 this March!.
I'm 5 ft 4 in!.
I weigh 145 lbs!.
I'm lazy, but I'll be willing to try to burn my fat!.
I have slight man boobs which I want to get rid of!.
I have side fat which I want to lose!.
I have a "tummy" which I want to dim down!.
I have a bit of fat on my upper thighs which I want to lose!.
I don't work out!.
I love chicken, and I don't eat beef!.
I eat a lot of junk each day though I do like eating healthy foods!.

This is simple, cut or limit junk food, start eating healthy, at the minimum exercise 3-4 days a week and NOT the minimum of 30 minutes but at least 45!. Jogging, walking, or going to the gym would help!. Cardio (jogging, or a brisk walk) is best to get your metabolism going and help you to burn that extra unwanted fats!. DO NOT EAT AFTER 6pm, if you do make it fruits or vegetables to snack on!. It's all about changing your diet and exercising!. Low metabolism + junk foods + little or no exercise = fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you know that you are laxy and you say that you are willing to try to loose the weight, then why aren't you doing anything already!?
Same as the junk food, if you like heathly foods, cut out the crap and eat more healthy foods!.
Make a concious choice to change and follow through with it!.

Cardio is the best way to loose weight and start by working out 20 minutes a day 3x a week!. Keep at it until you can do something active for 30 min everyday!. Cardio can include cycling, swimming, dancing, skipping, running, walking etcWww@Answer-Health@Com

Start working out!. Stop eating junk food!. The fat should melt away!. Just bear in mind its a lifestyle thing!. You can't lose it and keep it off if you think of it as something to do once, or for a period of weeks or months, then go back to your old ways!.
