Question: Is it true that if you eat fish oil pills, when you burp the taste of fish will come back up!?
I'm a vegetarian, so I don't get a lot of the proteins that would be good for me!. I wanted to take fish oil pills since they are sooo healthy and I'm too chicken to actually start eating fish (never tried it!.!.!.veg all my life), but it smells and tastes soooo gross so I'm afraid that the burp of fish oil pills will taste like it!. yeah, I have had that happen to me as well!. however there are flavored fish oil supplements that are much better!. Lemon, orange, mint, I know it sounds strange but they are better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

trust me, i've taken fish oil pills for like 2 yearrss!.
just try and swallow it in a couple of seconds ( like 30 ) when you eat it in your mouth, because sometimes it sorta melts a little,
just drink water when you swallow it, because sometimes it gets quite uncomfortable without water!.

yes, thats true fish oils and omega 3 oils will have that fishy aftertaste!. I recomend checking out 100% whey protein!. Its very good protein supplement, it will give you about 20-24g of protein per scoop and its low in calories and fat!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
