Question: Wanting to lose weight!?
im 13 and want to lose weight i have an elliptical but i just want to know any other things i could do mostly at home to help me lose weight anything that maybe helped you or someone you know!.
And is the elliptical a good thing to help me lose weight !?!?!?

You do not have to exercise vigorously to reap health benefits!. You can still stay healthy if you do moderate-intensity physical activity for at least 30 minutes per day, 5 days a week!.

The 30 minutes can be broken down into 10 min segment throughout the day!.
