Question: Foods to eat!? !?
I Want to burn around 10 pounds through diet and exercise!. Any Ideas on what to eat or how to work out!? I don't want to be on something like the south beach diet or anything like that!. Any Ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wish I could tell you a miracle cure for dieting, but the only real way to eat is to eat healthily and exercise!. If you cut your calories down too low, your body will adjust itself to burn less calories, so in the long run it does not help!.

Your best bet is to simply eat healthily and snack regularly (healthy snacks)!. You don't have to eat a particular lot less either, just eat nutritionally dense foods!. Remember that as long as you eat healthy calories and limit you calories from fat (it is labeled on the nutritional values), you should lose weight!. Cut unhealthy snack foods from your diet or eat them only in moderation!. Don't skip any meals, and instead of eating three large meals a day, eat 5-6 small ones to keep your metabolism high for fat burning!. Make sure to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and drink the recommended amount of water daily to keep your digestive system functional!.

For exercising, don't overdo it!. Try and work out 3-4 days a week for about 45 minutes to an hour, giving yourself rest days in between!. Cardio workouts are usually the best source for fat burning, so be sure to include activities like running, swimming, or walking!.

You don't need a fancy diet for ten pounds!. Just make all your food from scratch!. That'll naturally shift your portions, keep you away from junk food, and give you a little bit of exercise in making things!. Throw in a little bit of fun exercise and you'll be able to lose a few pounds without much trouble!.

Almost anyone can lose ten pounds with very simple diet changes and basic exercise, you DON'T need a fancy program for that!. Unless you've already been starving yourself and dropping tons of weight or something!. :)
