I agree with everyone else!. I think that subway is one of the best choices to eat!. Unlike fast food places, at Subway, you actually get to watch them make your food, instead of wondering what kind of dirty things go on in the kitchen at say, burger king, or McDonald's!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
When I'm trying to keep it clean, I never do go anywhere to eat, I always throw one of my Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers in the microwave!. But personally if I was going to go somehwere, I'd choose Subway, at least you can throw some fresh meat and vegetables on your subs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Quite honestly, I main head to the house to eat!.
