Question: How do you curb your snack cravings!?

if you're craving a snack, have a small one!. You should never deprive yourself when you're hungry- that way you won't stuff yourself later!. Also, when you eat many small meals your stomach doesn't save the food for later!. It knows that it always will get food so it doesn't store the fat for energy just incase it needs it!. That's what my trainer explained to me anyways!. But small snack doesn't mean a giant piece of cake!. It depends on what your weight and other needs are but one of mine was 4oz lean chicken or turkey, 2 oz lowfat cheese, and 6 saltine crackers!. I've also seen like 15 almonds as a snack!. There's lots of great fruits and veggies that will fill you up a lot more than cookies or sweets, and after a while, you'll crave them more than your current favorite junk foods!. Just snack on fruit or raw vegetables such as carrot or cucumber sticks!.!.!.dont not snack it will only make you miserable!.!.!.just make sure you snack on healthier things!.
