example, japan has more smokers than the USA but they have HALF the rate of lung cancer that the USA does!. They attribute it to the fact that everyone drinks 2 cups per day of green tea!.
I have taken high grade vitamins for years in addition to things like fish oils, flaxseed, etc!.!.!.!.I hope it can prevent certain things for as long as possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have taken a wide variety of supplements for at least 20 years, today i took 18 diff rent supplements: b-12, calcium, multi, creatine, l-glulatmine, ginko, hydroycut, tribulus, yohimbe, axathatsin ( red algae), green algae, sometimes blue green algae!. protein drinks, energy drinks like 5 hour energy shots, i drink a red bull instead of coffee!. at the end of the day i take an amino acid mix to help my muscles recovers for another busy day!. since a portion of my food budget is in supplements i feel it is worth the price and when i only drink protein shakes because i am too busy too eat regular food at least i know i am getting the proper nutrition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes, I exercise daily, maintain a healthy weight and eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies and not too much meat!. Also, I have the regular check ups like mammogram, pap smear and colonoscopy as needed!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
