I have a hard time lifting with my left shoulder for dumbell presses. I can feel!
Question: I have a hard time lifting with my left shoulder for dumbell presses!. I can feel/hear the cracking!?
though I haven't injured it (dramatically anyway)!. It noticeably compromises my lifts on that side of the body, what can I do to help it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Listen to your body, it's telling you something! Switch to lateral raises!. With variations such as front raises and bent-over lateral raises you can hit all three deltoid heads!.
I've also had problems with overhead shoulder presses, in my case causing pain that lasted!. So now I only do raises and am seeing positive pain-free gains!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't do shoulder press!. Try other shoulder exercises that don't hurt!. If it persists, go to doc to find out what you did!. Don't risk injuring yourself further!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
