When's the best time to take vitamins? After breakfast, lunch, or dinner?!


Question: When's the best time to take vitamins!? After breakfast, lunch, or dinner!?
I've been wondering what's the most effective way of taking vitamins!. I figured it'd be best after a meal, to be digested along with the food!.

But I want to know when to take them is better: after breakfast, lunch, or dinner!?

In the mornings to boost the day!? At noon during those peak hours!? Or at night so it'll be absorbed thoroughly during sleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I take them right after breakfast!. And I think it'd be a great indicator if your urine is yellow in color, that means your body is flushing excess nutrients out of your body; you're healthy!

But of course, you can't never be excessively healthy!.

Keep on taking those vitamins regularly, but watch the doses!. Be sure to check if one of your pills already has something another pills has!. I used to take a multivitamins with an additional calcium pill!. Up till I found the calcium pill has extra vitamin C in it!.

So just check the labels, read the contents, and keep on living healthy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

take a multi-vitamin and a calcium pill with breakfast!.

take the second calcium pill with lunch!.

take 2 pills of creatine monohydrate (the recommended dosage) with your "inbetween lunch and dinner snack", OR RIGHT AFTER YOUR WORKOUTS!.

never take vitamins late at night! ever! it will keep you up if you take them within 3 hours of bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat them after/before breakfast!. That way you get it over with early and can't really forget!. Plus it starts your day off better!.

Be careful of the vitamins you take, and make sure you check the intake!. Vitamin A is very easy to over dose on and I've seen some multivitamins give 100%+ of daily recommended values!. So just be warned not to take more than necessary!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't take them before bed time!. You always need to take them with food or they can upset your stomach big time, especially if you are taking many of them!. I don't think it really matters what meal, but some vitamins would probably give you a pick-me-up affect in the morning if you take them first thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest you take them after breakfast, unlike minerals, vitamins don't actually remain in your body for long periods of time (vitamins are expelled eventually through sweating and other waste removal mechanisms)!. since they don't stay in your body, its best if you start off with them in the morning; you should still have traces of them by the end of the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to take it in the morning, but be sure to take it with food!. taking it with food helps your body absorb more of the vitamins then it could without food!. if you just can't manage to eat breakfast, take it with lunch!. just be consistent!. take it at the saem time each day!.
