Question: Could anyone please help me lose weight, or atleast get in shape!?
Hey!.!.!. I'm 14, 5'3" and 118pounds!. I know it doesn't sound fat, but trust me it is, I look like I weigh more than 118 pounds!. And it's embarrassing!. So I decided I'm going to do something about it! :)
I have an indoor pool party to go to in 2 1/2 months, and if I don't get in good enough shape to wear a bikini, I'm not going to the party!. My weight is holding me back from being myself!. Please don't give me lectures!. All I need is a healthy meal/diet plan and exercise plan!.
PLEASE HELP! ME!! :D
I have humungous thighs, very wide waist, fat hips, and my butt has stretch marks!!! and I'm only 14!!! omg!.!.!.!. i hate my body!.
anyways!. I need a workout routine I can do indoors!. I hate exercising infront of other people!. I can jump rope, do pilates, jog around my house, go for a walk, do 45min of tae bo!. I don't know what else I can do and I don't know what orders to do them in!.

it sounds like you just need to be toned instead of losing weight !.!.!. your weight is fine, the definition of your muscles is something you can probably work on!.!.!. im a dancer and i STILL had the same problem as you - so what i did was i went on youtube and looked up pilates videos (from, like, the 90s!. theyre entertaining AND they work!!) and just did those religiously 3 or 4 times a week! also cut out any junk food !.!.!. some is okay but dont snack too much! just be conscious of what you eat, diets usually dont work anyway!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should try not to eat too much fatty food like:French fries, Burgers, TV dinners, Too much sugary stuff!. To help calm your sweet tooth, eat yogurt instead of ice cream,stuff like that!. HOPE THIS WORKS !!!!!!!!!!!!

change your diet to this
breakfast:cereal or yougurt with orange juice
lunch: sandwhich made of thin bread and a bit of meat and not too much cheese and a bit more veggies along with just water and some type of fruit or sweet organic thing
dinner:sensible but dont eat anything thats candy or chips

main rule is no candy or chips or snack foods

for exercise do long walks maybe 3 or 4 miles and do the tae bo you do and to take your mind off of food just drink more water even if aftrer the first 3 weeks you think your not losing you are becuase its prolly water that needs to come out which will all easy just come out ater a long run as sweat and that will easy come out much easier than fat Www@Answer-Health@Com
