I think you're eating healthy!. It sounds like you're making lifestyle changes instead of dieting!. This is great because you're more likely to stick to it! Small changes like changing to wheat bread instead of white and allowing yourself a dessert only once a week will really make a difference!.

Just be careful with how much you add with the cheese and the pb and j!. Sometimes it's easy to get carried away because their calories aren't easy to exactly calculate!. As long as you're conscious of it, you should be fine!.

And, make sure on top of this diet that you are exercising too!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you ate reasonably healthily!. Although, the majority of what you have eaten is high in calories!.

Yes!. If anything, you ate more then enough!. You should not be consuming any more then 2000 calories a day!.

My rough estimate would be 2500, but without knowing the specific brands of the food and your exact portion sizes, it is hard to tell!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

seems healthy enough!. The # of calories is almost too hard to calculate without specifics about each meal!. Thats why people give up counting!. Did you eat enough!? well, it depend s on how much you're burning!. You didnt give your age/weight so I cant tell what your metabolism needs but figure that out and subtract your calories you burn exercising and you'll get how much you used!. Chances are, you ate more than enough!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You wanna know what i ate today!? Weetabix at 7!.00 am (Weetabix is a very healthy cereal) with a cup of tea ^^

Then at 4!.45pm i ate 2 Tuna Sandwiches with good bread had good seeds and everything it wasnt white bread with a bottle of water!.

And now im having boiled brown riace with some nice chicken ^^

you are eating well but id say ur eating too much still!. Cut down a little more and you'll be doing very good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1 You seem to be eating well!. Much better than 70-80% of women I would estimate!. There are some small suggestions that I would like to make, if I may!. You can use them as you may!.
Instead of white rice, eat brown rice!. Brown rice is a VERY good source of complex carbs, whereas white rice provides simple carbs, which spike insulin levels, and the body will start preserving fat instead of burning it!. Keeping blood sugar levels regular is essential for keeping fat off,(if that's what you're after!.) The ONLY time I would eat white rice is as a post-workout meal, when you WANT simple carbs!.
#2 - You seem to be eating enough as well!. Eating 5-6 smaller meals per day is MUCH better than 3 square meals per day, because it tells the body that food is not scarce, and the body will burn fat much more liberally!. Good job!
#3- If I had to take a shot in the dark, I would say you ate around 1300-1400 calories, which, depending on what you're trying to achieve, is good for what you ate!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd estimate your breakfast at maybe 500-600 calories!.

Maybe the first snack is 300-400 calories!. Remember that fats are more than twice as dense as carbs and protein in calories, so the butter on the toast may well have had as many calories as the bread did!.

The mayo is high in fat and calories even as light mayo, but you should be ok if you just used a little!. I eat tuna without mayo, but I buy the stuff that's packed in oil and add some chile for flavor!.

The cheese is going to be mostly fat, but again, one slice won't be huge!.

I'd say that your lunch was 600-800 calories!. The lettuce, pickle, tomatoes and banana peppers were great choices!. They were definitely high in fiber to make you feel full and they provided some needed nutrients!.

I think that the chips were a complete waste because chips just aren't that tasty, but if you like them, perhaps they're worth it for you!.

The rice, chicken, carrots and bell peppers are all good for you!. Adding the veggies will make you feel fuller longer with a lot of fiber and is a great choice!. Lean chicken is pretty good for you and has good protein!. Brown rice is healthier than white rice, but everything else is pretty healthy, so that's a small difference!.

The caramel apple isn't all that bad!. I mean, sure there is definitely some sugar there, but apples have a lot of fiber and it's not so bad for a clearly splurging cheat!.

It's hard to estimate your dinner, but maybe 600 calories based on the rice and the chicken!. It's hard to say how much of each you will have!. Actually, carrots will help you feel full longer, because of the fiber, but they aren't low in calories necessarily!. They have a lot of starch and sugar for a vegetable!. Still, they're good for you, and having them steamed instead of cooked with say butter will make a HUGE difference!.

- You ate healthy!. Not perfect, but not bad!. I'd add some more veggies like spinach and maybe some blueberries!. Try to stick to more whole grains, but overall, you did pretty well!. Oh, and unless you REALLY love them, replace the chips with something that tastes better and has more flavor!.

- I don't know how much your calorie expenditures are, but I'd say that you ate enough based on a rough estimation of how many calories you've consumed!.

-I'd guess that you ate maybe 1200-1800 calories, but you may want to join a website where you can actually log your food and it will tell you how many calories certain foods tend to contain!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
