What would be a better form of excericise?!


Question: What would be a better form of excericise!?
I have two options,

1) Boxing gym with some machines and free weight dumbells but no barbells, daily boxing classes focusing on drillsand technique!.

2) Full weight gym with everything you can imagine in terms of machines and free weights!. Cardio would be on a machine!.

What would be the best option for overall conditioning!. I miss doing the bench and leg press etc but at the same time there is nothing like doing 5 rounds on a punch bag with someone coaching you!.

Any experienced people have any guidance!.

Also how often can I train a week, i usually do around 4 days on Cardio and strength and then take 3 days off!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
