Question: Weight lifting help continued!?
ok now people asked me what muscle group i train in weight lifting i train my biceps my pecs and my shoulder and leg mucles and i do 12 reps and 3 sets of weights i take about 1 minute rest before i do another set my sets are 3kg then onto 5kg then 10kg!.

Your height and weight are good for a 15 yearold so I think it's ok for you to train with weights as long as you don't go too heavy just yet!. You need to train your back also!. Add some chin-ups or lat pulldowns and some bent-over rows!. I would also skip the 3kg weights and use the 5kg then 10 then 5!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
