Well, maybe your stomache is not hungry, but you are!.The same thing happens to me sometimes and i just ignore it and the feeling goes away!. or try eating a full meal and drinking a glass of water and maybe you will be full!. or maybe whatever you eat wants more of it so if that is the case, then try eating a little more if you only eat a little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
