very very simple !. your body on average will burn 2000 calories a day if you eat 2000 calories a day or more then your body will burn this and not the fat stored in your body , so in short eat less then 2000 calories a day and exercise like go for a walk for 30 min a day and , it helps if you stop eating after 6 in the evening so your body can digest the days food , also eat low calorie soup as it keeps your full for longer and it easy for your body to digest also only weigh yourself once a week because if you do it everyday the results wont seam as good !.!.!.!. if you keep this up 7 days a week you can be what ever size you want and great job starting now and not 2 weeks before next summer good luck youll enjoy it too !
