Question: I'm trying to get fatter and chubbier, whats best for that!?
Whats the easiest way to pack on pounds!? FAT, not MUSCLE! I'm a 16 year old girl looking to gain about 40 pounds for reasons my own!. Help me out, how do I gain weight the fastest!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink boost when i had an eating disorder they made me drink it on top of my meals and I got up to my regular weight in no time!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't eat for a few days or possibly even a week!. During this time you will lose weight, however your metabolism will slow considerably!. Now set out to your eating!. Eat 4 large meals a day that involve processed sugar for at least 50% of your calories ( i suggest drinking soda)!. Avoid stimulants in low doses, however you can drink several energy drinks really quickly for a short burst which will then crash your metabolism later for even better weight gain!. Either way you go at it gaining a lot of weight isn't healthy!. Eating bad foods to create fat cells only damages your body!. The only thing i would suggest to gain weight fast would be to buy the powder to make protein shakes!. A friend of mine worked out a ton and had the protein shakes to help his muscles grow but when he stopped working out and continued drinking the shakes he put on weight!. I wouldn't suggest doing this to yourself but that would be the only somewhat healthy way to go about doing that!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

peanut butter and jelly!. it sounds silly, but its a trick football players and wrestlers use to gain weight quick!. plus they're good!. eat about 2 a day (at least one before you go to sleep)!. lol but don't overload on them, because you'll probably start to develop a distaste for them from eating them to much!. do it in time, and you'll get there!. just know that it won't work overnight!. i'm 16 too (but i'm a guy) so it not like kids shouldn't do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1lb thick salted lard
2 gallons eggnog
1 1/2 Big Mac
1 pint Ben & Jerry's Chubby Hubby
10 oz sirloin steak
1lb foie gras

the best thing would be to simply eat more, and keep the same kind of routine!.

eat a ten pound chocolate cake everyday lol j/k!. make sure you eat nutritious, but eat more!. and excersize less!. try to take in more calories than you burn!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
