Workout! A LOT!

Lift heavy weights, heavy enough that you can only manage 5 or 6 repetitions, and do 3 sets of these!.

So - Bench Press 3 x 6
- Dead lift 3 x 6
- Squats 3 x 6

Have at least 2 minutes rest between sets!.
Any less rest than this means you will build your muscles in endurance mode, which will keep you looking lean as a marathon runner!.

EAT! EAT! EAT! Eat alot, at least 1500 more calories than needed for sustaining your body weight!.
Add protein shakes if you need to, these add about 500 calories per drink!.
Make sure you are getting the correct amount of carbs and protein for your body!. Usually about 1!.5 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, and enough carbohydrates to fuel you through the day and to brake down the proteins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

depending on your body eat 40-50 grams of protein a day and lift heavy weights for fewer reps!. Drink low-fat protein drinks before, during (instead of water), and after you work out!. Also, take protein in the morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Work out at the gym whenever you have time and play sports!.
