Question: Wanting to Lose Weight At The Gym!. Please Answer =)!?
I went To The Gym And Went On the Epilitcal Machine For 60 Mins Took 2-1min Breaks!. And Did A Bit Of Interval (1min Every Ten Mins) And My Average Heart Rate Was 176 and I burned A total of 472 Calaries!. This Is The First Time I have Gone In A While
Is That Considered A Good Work Out !?!?

Im 17 Year Old Female, 5'3 , 155lbs
Im Looking To Lose About 20-40lbs by December Or Later =)

Also Could Anyone Guess And Tell Me How Much Calaries & fat Would Be In A:
Lunch:1 Whole Wheat Wrap, with 1/2 Lettuce, 4 Tomatoes, 2 Tsp Mayo, 3 strips of Bacon
Is Drinking A Slim Fast Meal replacement Good in The Morning!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Slim fasts are a really bad idea!. They have a lot of calories and they aren't really that healthy!. It's much better to have a more filling breakfast like yogurt and fruit, or egg whites and ham!. Make sure you get LEAN protein in the morning, because it will help you be full, and give you energy to get through the day!. If you want to use slim fast as a meal replacement, do it for lunch!. When you want to lose weight, breakfast is the most important meal to eat!.

Also, you won't lose 40 pounds by December unless you stop eating, and thats not healthy!. The general rule is if you follow the food pyramid, cut out things you KNOW are unhealthy (pizza, chocolate, etc!.) and eat tons of veggies and fruit instead, while doing 30 mins!. of cardio five days a week!. Also try and add two days of weight training for 20 mins!. Generally, this is a good way to lose 1-2 pounds a week!.

You can probably lose 20 pounds this way, and if you keep it up you'll probably get down to your goal eventually!. It takes a LOT of work though!. Don't get discouraged!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay first off I gotta say fat isn't what makes you fat!. It's mostly the carbs and I can't really tell you the nutritional facts for that Lunch off the top of my head, but I would change the mayo into Mustard because I think mustard is 5 Calories and no fat etc!. While the mayo is 110 calories per Tbsp and 12 grams of fat per tbsp!. And the Bacon should be changed to chicken breast or Turkey Because Bacon is 65 % fat and the calorie count is like 280ish 20 grams of fat!. HOWEVER some fat is bad for you and you need to make sure you eat the RIGHT types of fats such as Saturated fats!. I forget which fats are bad for you but I'm guessing one of them is polyunsaturated fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
