Why is it just not happening?!


Question: Why is it just not happening!?
i've been tryin to lose weight!.!. i've lost about 4 kgs in about 2 months!. i train everyday for 1!.5 hours, 30 mins hard cardio the rest is weight training!. i eat a bowel of muesli for breakfast(i suffer from ibs and it's the only thing i can handle in the morning) with soy!. at 10 i'll have a handful of dry cereal just as a snack!. lunch is 2 pieces of mixed grain bread and cottage cheese(low fat) then an apple and a cup of tea from 12:30 - 4!. 6 pm i'll have dinner!. piece of steak(palm size) and a handful of veg!. i'll have a milo at night with soy!.!. do i eat enough!? and should i sill be losing weight!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Instead of using a scale get some tape measure and check your measurements, your weight might not be moving because its forming into muscles, but you may still be losing the inches!. Thats probably all it is because of the exercising you are doing:) Good luck



Oh and I don't think you are eating enough and that could be the problem also!. When you don't eat enough your body goes into starvation mode and stores unhealthy fats!. Kick up your system!.!.!. Hit it harder when you work out!. If you've hit a plateau, you need to change something!. I would either do a more intense cardio work out, or do it longer!. Which ever one you can do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
