Answers:
You are absolutely right to be worried about interrupting the growing process! I have been short all my life as well, and can relate to that concern!. It sounds like you are a great weight to me for that height and age!.

If you really are concerned, the best way to lose fat is not to "go on a diet" but to make a lifestyle change!. http://www!.mypyramid!.gov/ is a good site that tells you what foods to eat and how much!. Following those guidelines will help you to get all of the vitamins and calories you need to grow tall without growing fat!. It is all about a balanced diet and getting enough fruits and vegetables!.

Honestly, it is impossible to lose weight in just one place!. Your body will decide for itself where it wants to store fat!. For some people, it's their stomach, for others it's their butt or hips!. Don't listen to those advertisements you might see, you really can't choose to eliminate fat in one area!. Sometimes, just standing up straighter will help make your tummy look flatter!.

Exercise will not help you grow exactly, but it will help you to be healthy! Being healthy is the best way to ensure that you will grow tall!. It's really hard to start exercising if you aren't used to it, try joining a sport at school, or biking or walking around a park or your neighborhood with a friend!. Don't be alarmed if the number on your scale goes up when you start exercising!. Muscle weighs more than fat, even though it looks better and takes up less space!. Exercise will also help make you look much leaner and more toned, which looks better than being all skin and bones or being a bit flabby!.

Most importantly, be healthy! Don't be so worried about the number on the scale so much as how you feel!. If you find yourself low on energy, it might mean you aren't taking care of your body the way it needs!. If you really are stressed over that number on the scale, try talking to your school counselor about it!. Talking to them doesn't mean you are crazy or anything is wrong with you!. They can help you understand how to be healthy and take care of yourself, and take your mind off of worrying about growing tall or losing weight on your stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if your not active that much now i suggest trying to go on a 15-20 min run every other day to start!. If your not active running can be hard on your joints(knees, ankles) so u wanna take it slow at first!. Once u get into it you can start running every day and for longer period(30-40mins) Lots of peopel say they hate excercise, but I say think about it, whats worse, having a diet that you have to follow 24/7!? or having to go on a run for 15-20 mins every day/every other day!. You just might be shocked at how mucha difference a little exercise makes! Weight lifting can also be beneficial!. and one more tip, stop drinking pop, aim for water!. just one can of pop can be enough to keep those pounds on!.

theres so many websites out there, check some out and see if u can find somethig thats right for you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I did athletics for 12 years in school GR 1 - GR 12

Being very active while you are young is the best!. Keeping a great body weight until you get into your 20's and up is fabulous!.

I dont have a sign of cellulite and I have a 14% of bodyfat!.!.!.!.

Be active aspossible and you will grow up being healthy and lean!.
