Running and walking?please help?!


Question: Running and walking!?please help!?
so my sister and I started a plan that we were going to go exercising so we started going to the outdoor track and walk and lap run a lap till we get to two miles and we went on Sunday night and we were feeling pretty sore Monday so we decided to go on Tuesday night even though we were still pretty sore!.But for some reason we woke up this morning feeling less sore then we did the night before!.!.!.!.why is that!? shouldnt we feel even more sore because we pushed ourselves!?!? could it mean that its not working!?!?!?!? You're feeling less sore because it IS working!. Your bodies are getting stronger!.

Push yourself just a little bit more each time!. For example, run 1 1/2 laps, then walk one lap!. It's important to strike a balance between pushing yourself and overdoing it!. It's good to be a little sore the next day, but not so sore that you have to put off exercising so you don't hurt yourself!.
