Answers:
You can still eat your regular diet, but you will probably lose some weight!. If you're happy with how your body looks now but just want to tighten it up a little bit, then minorly increasing your calorie intake is advisable!. Running burns about 450 calories an hour, and general calistenics about 400!. If you're working out for an hour, you should consume an additional 425 calories!. I'm sure you've heard about Michael Phelps eating 12,000 calories a day, and yet he still weighs under 200 pounds, even though he is 6'4"!. If you want your body to do more activity, you need to give it a little more fuel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are working out you are burning more calories than you did before you started working out!. I would add about 10-20% of your daily calories to your new diet jsut to be sure!. As long as the calories are coming from protein ( tuna, pork, poultry, mushrooms, cottage cheese, beans) or carbs ( potatoes, pasta) you should be good to go!. You just don't want to have to less of calories in your system or working out will be counter-productive if you are trying to maintain the same size!.

Hope this Helps

Of course it will still work!. You're only eating the same amount you were before, but now you're exercising, so you WILL tone up and any weight loss will be minute!. Well, maybe not minute, but not very significant!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can still exercise to tone up your body even though you are not wanting to lose weight you are not working out for nothing Www@Answer-Health@Com

Muscle weights more than fat so youll gain weight a bit if you build muscle mass!. Stick to your usual diet but try and eat right!. Weight gain/loss is all about calories and muscle vs!. fat!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
