Food Plan For Tomorrow!!!?!


Question: Food Plan For Tomorrow!!!!?
Tomorrow I Want To Eat:
- Breakfast: a cup of oj, a cup of Go! Lean Crunch(cereal)(one cup = 190 calories)(it has: 9g Protein, 8g Fiber, & 7 Whole Grains), and some Skim Milk
-Snack: a homemade smoothie! (1 banana, 1-2 tbs 25% reduce fat, creamy, "jif" peanut butter, a splash or two of SKIM milk, and about 6-7 melted chocolate chips!.
- Lunch: 2 slices of toast(wheat bread) with: tuna, a little light mayo, lettuce, cheddar cheese slice, banana peppers, tomatoes, & one big pickle!
- Dinner: white meat chicken, white rice(i dont have brown rice, when i have time, Ill buy it), steamed carrots, 1 potato(half of one)!. And Some Salad(made of: lemon juice, cucumbers, tomatoes, green onions, parsley, and a little toasted bread!. Ill drink some orange juice with that!.
