Last year i desperately wanted to lose weight so i thought if i don't do it now, i never will and i didn't want to spend the rest of my young life overweight!. So i started in late september last year and went for a four mile walk at least 3 times a week!. (sometimes everyday) I cut down on chips, chocolate, cakes, basically anything that was fattening!.
For the first couple of months it was hard but as soon as people started to notice and i wacomplimenteded on my figure it kinda gave me the extra boost i needed to carry on!. Now i have dropped 3 dress sizes in 4 months and believe me it was sooo worth it!!
You need to find an exercise regime that suits you personally, even if it is walking!. You will soon see the results!.!.!.!.go for it girl!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Finding the motivation to exercise involves a combination of starting with short workouts (and then lengthening them over time, when your body and mind feel ready), making sure you're doing an exercise you like, and changing up your exercise routine when you get stuck in a rut!.

I mainly walk (outdoors), but I do it because I love it!. I also do Pilates for the same reason, but I did try a couple of yoga classes to see if I'd like that to; I didn't, so I don't do yoga!. I used to do aerobics in the living room, but after five years of it almost everday, I got burned out and moved on to something else!. I'm into swimming and tap dancing as well (yep, just get some cheap tap shoes, beginning DVDs, tap mats to tap if you don't already have a good floor, and you're all set), but I know I like them because I've tried them out!. That said, I can't stand the gym!. Experimentation is the key to finding what you really like!.

When I haven't exercised for a while, I make the effort to do something for a minimum of 3 days a week for at least 3 weeks (they say that habits form in 21 days)!. When I'm on point, I find myself working out for at least 60 minutes/day 5 days a week; but I never beat myself up if I'm not on point, or even if I don't feel like exercising!.

Keeping the benefits of exercise in mind is also a motivator!. It makes you feel great (especially if your prone to depression), you get your body in shape, and you don't have to starve yourself because you're burning calories (you can't have brownies and pizza everyday, but you know what I mean)!.

Brainstorm physical activity that you'd find interesting (not what other people tell you is interesting), start slowly with 20-30 min workouts, remind yourself of the benefits, and accept where your body is and what it can do without beating yourself up over it!.

And don't forget to have fun!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes I have problems getting motivated to work out!. But once i get over it and actually go to the gym and spend an hour or so there i feel so good i don't wanna quit!.
So the next day even if i still don't feel motivated i just remember how great i felt the day before, and i go anyway!. And find out i still love it just as much!.
Working out just feels awesome!. My wife does the same thing!. It's a lot of work if you're really into it, but you feel rejuvenated!. Also!. I don't work out for other people!. I work out for myself!. If i were to work out just so i'm more accepted by other people i most likely wouldn't enjoy it half as much!.

Just do it!. grab your running shoes and go out there!. It also helps if you can find a friend or someone else you know to join you!. Always made it easier for me to get in after some time off!. Join a class if you have to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i've been trying to lose weight since forever, and i've come up with more than a dozen of excuses to postpone doing the exercises i've prepared to do myself!.!.!. maybe because there were a lot of temptations around (the fridge and the kitchen were my bestfriends lol)!.!.!. my exercise equipment and dietbooks and exercise mags laid lonely in the corner!.!.!. lmao!.!.!.

then my papa, who regularly goes to the gym, invited me to join him!.

so, it's from experience that i'd recommend that you enroll yourself in a gym and work the fats off :)

not only do the "ambiance" of the gym and your co-gym buffs (a!.k!.a!. the ruggedly handsome guy lifting the barbell in the middle of the room to whom you wanna show off your nice shapely arms and abs lol) motivate you to "really" work out, you'll get advice from your gym instructor on how you can safely and effectively lose the pounds :)

although you can do it at home, it takes a lot of discipline and effort, and the will to refuse giving in to temptations hehe

whichever you choose, goodluck ^_^Www@Answer-Health@Com

we all at some time or another find it difficult to get motivated!.maybe this may help my daughter recently bought a mini trampoline its about three foot diameter it musn't have cost much because shes a student, in the last couple of weeks shes never been off it, it looks great fun and shes lost loads of weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why don't you join a local gym!. I have recently done an induction course at my local gym and really enjoyed it!. It is a good way to lose weight, tone up and get fitter!.!. I do have an exercise bike at home but I find it more interesting being in a gym and exercising with other people!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can perhaps join a members-only gym and pay for a membership for a whole year - it might motivate you to go to the gym more often because you will be wasting your money if you never/rarely go!.
I hope this makes sense!.
Good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just ask yourself the following:

What do I want!?
What do I have to do to achieve that (what's the price) !?
Am I willing to pay that price!?

Makes things very simple - Good luck
