Your first week is FANTASTIC! Awesome job!

It's great that you're losing so much weight already, but it's clinically unhealthy to lose more than 2-3lbs a week!. If you lose 5-8lbs a week, then usually as soon as you stop dieting you'll gain all the weight right back because you've lost weight so drastically rather than gradually where your body has had time to adjust to the weight loss compared to pounds just falling off randomly!.

Put some exercise into your daily schedule and you'll keep the weight off for good! Recently I read that if you want to MAINTAIN your weight, you should exercise at least 30min a day!.!.!. but if you want to LOSE weight, you should exercise at least an hour a day!.
I know this sounds horrible, but it's actually not that hard!. Buy an exercise bike or treadmill- unless you already have one- if you're more self-conscious about going outside!. If it's in your room, drag it out to the living room so it won't wake anyone up if it's loud!.

A good way to add this to your schedule is to decide if you want to exercise in the morning, afternoon, or night!. Don't just randomly exercise whenever you feel like it because you'll get to the point where you're like "Oh, I can do it later- or tomorrow!.!.!.!."!. You need to lock it in so your body will eventually become used to exercising at that specific time- and eventually it will become a habit!.
If you choose to exercise in the morning, you could set your alarm clock an hour and 10 minutes earlier than usual (the 10 min is for your prep time: get in exercise clothes, set up machine, etc)!. DON'T SHOWER! You'll just get all sweaty again! One you pass your prep time, you can execise for exactly one hour, or two half-hour sessions with a 5 min!. break in-between!. If you choose the two half-hour sessions, then it would be wise to eat something small and healthy during your break- like an apple or an energy bar!. If you go for the full hour, eat a little more after you're done- like an apple, an energy bar, and a bowl of healthy cereal (special K brand!?)!. After you're done, shower and get dressed, and when you get out you'll fell more awake and alert- and your husband/BF/other family members won't even noticed you exercised unless you tell them!.
If you exercise in the afternoon, try to do so when you know you'll have some down time!.
If you exercise at night, you could either exercise then go to bed with everyone else (ie!. exercise at 9, and go to bed with your family at 10), or stay up and exercise an hour after everyone else goes to bed (ie!. your family goes to bed at 10, and you go to bed at 11)

I'm happy for you and your weight loss goals! Good luck with everything!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's a really informative place that I've been reading for a few weeks now, it's got plenty of free help and advice and instructs you how to slim down the proper way, without dieting!. I melted away 5 pounds in five weeks by using their methods http://snipurl!.com/3v9b6 [lose-inches_info]Www@Answer-Health@Com

No that is really good! On average people only lose about 2 to 1 pounds a week!. You are doing great!. Make sure you are getting at least 1500 to 1250 calories every day!. Any less than that and it is unhealthy!. Good luck and congrats!

Good for you! No 5 pounds is perfectly normal!. You should be losing no more than 7 pounds per week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
