How many days a week should I bench press?!

I would recommend only twice, maybe three times a week!. Your muscles need a day (sometimes two) to fully recover to prevent any possible injury!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Only four - Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday!. You sound like a beginner, and I don't recommend beginners' handling the heavy days like Wednesday!. I remember when my main man Julius Fimple tried to bench Monday, but he dropped it and nearly broke his toe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

every other day, so depending on what day you start it can be 3 to 4 times a week!. as long as it's every other day, you will be okay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well i personally becnh press everday btu you have to allow your body to recover so i reccomend to bench every other day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
