I need help eating right. ?!


Question: I need help eating right!. !?
I'm trying to drop down to 175 ish!. I try and eat right all the time!. I know what to do and how much i have to eat already!. But sometimes i crave!.!.!.and i generally give into my craving pretty wildly!. i'll eat quiet a bit in one sitting, i'm talking like A LOT of food!. I guess i'm looking for something to get me off the craving!. I need to get into a certain mind frame, maybe i need some sort of motivation or something!.

What do you do to convince yourself to eat right when you are REALLY craving a fatass burrito!? Whats your motivation!. How did you find it!? I'm looking for mine!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I usually remind myself what I want out of it!. Are you looking to drop weight for appearances, health, or fitness reasons!? For extra motivation tell everyone you know that your trying to drop some Weight!. At my job everyone knows I'm trying to lose weight so they'd look at me weird if I was eating a burger and fries!. My doctor just told me to start weight watchers!. She said she diagnosed one of her patients with diabetes and her patient went from 400lbs to a size 4 and did it with no drugs or surgery!. I dont know if that was due to weight watchers!. I don't think so!. I think she just told me for motivation!. Anyway the lady was shown on Oprah, so she knows what shes talking about!. There's this website called sparkpeople!.com which is a really great source for support and advice!.!.!.it's free and you'll be able to connect with a lot of other people who have similar issues with food!.

Personally, I find that if I don't get bored enough to sit and eat (and binge!), then I stick with my goals a lot better!. And just remember, a slip up every once in a while won't undo all of your progress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I write down everything I have eaten at the end of each day!. That really scared me at the beginning!. Now I don't mind so much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
