Eating only bread and butter?!


Question: Eating only bread and butter!?
Two pieces of bread with margarine for breakfast, 2 for lunch and 2 for tea!. Eating nothing else!.

What's this going to do to someones weight and how quickly!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Different kinds of bread give different results!.!.!.

here is a sure fire way of checking!.!.!.

Take the bread and squeeze it into your hand

if it makes a ball it is bleached bread that has been fortified and is crap bread!. True wheat and healthy bread will "crumble" and not "wad" up!.

Secondly, Butter is fat!. Whether it is saturated/unsaturated/polysaturated or Trans!. So!.!. basically you are eating ( if the bread wads) !.!.!. Fat and bad carbs ( fortified) with a nice smear of fat on it!.


Do the math!. It will cause your body to store fat in it's adipose cells= weight gain from fat!.

That's simply ridiculous!. The bread is made of grains!. If you are eating bread made commercially, it contains lots of phytic acid that is very bad for you because they do not soak their grains before making the bread!. Additionally, they use lots of white flour in most breads that sits in your intestines and stomach and putrefies!. Margarine is made from hydrogenated oils and is terrible for you!. Talk about clogging arteries, yikes; strap on your seat belt and call the ambulance! Tea dehydrates you!. It is a diuretic drink!.

So the constipation sheriff will be visiting you soon!.

You need some serious work on what is good and bad to eat!. I'm not sure why you would even consider a diet like that one in the first place!.

In regard to your weight, you will probably bloat up and gain some artificial weight and also produce lots of leptin hormone in your adipose tissue, telling your body you are starving to death causing your stomach to bloat up!.

You would be seriously malnourished i can tell you that much!. Also weight wise you would probably lose a lot of weight but then bloat up as all that is in your tummy is water, as bread digests quickly as far as i know, but keeps you feeling full for a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thats what they were fed but I think they only had two pieces of bread for the whole day!.
