Question: Why is it sooo hard to lose 10 pounds!!?
ok i weigh 115 and im 5'2 i wanna lose 10pounds i need tips i don't eat allot and i hardly ever eat meat (maybe once every other months) and i don't eat chips or chocolate or junk like that but i have this thing were i always think someones watching me so i don't workout allot so how can i get past this and lose just 10pounds Www@Answer-Health@Com

OMG I have stairs lol hahaha I think that's what kept me from going overweight!.

I used to be super fat also!. I looked like Stephen Carpenter (Guitarist of Deftones) lmao hahaha!. But I lost it by time, I grew it out!. And I'm actually pretty skinny now, not skinny, cuz people keep thinking I work out cuz I have a good body figure cuz my great grandfather was a general and had a military type of body figure, and my great great grandfather was a military guy also!. And even my great great great great great grandfather was a spanish conquistador and yeah lmao hahaha!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok,you don,t eat!.!.!.enough and you don,t,probably,eat what you have to eat!.Once a day is wrong!.
Some tips:
-the measure of your meal has to be your palm(THAT IS THE RULE)
-5 or 6 meals a day
-bread(black) 50-100gr per day
-veges:a lot
-you can eat meat but not pork or any fat meat
-measure your calories nr!. per day(1300-1500 should be enough)
-agree:pineapples,grapefruits,apples,!.!.!.!.
-seeds:nuts,almonds,sunflower,etc(but just a hand of them)
-cook with olive oil(for eg!.just 1tsp per person at a salad)
-many,many soups,veges soups,without fat(fill the stomach and you don,t feel hungry)
-use not at least then 5 flavors at one meal
-eat spices(CHILI if you can,accelerated the metabolism)
-drink a lot,a lot of water(not sprinkle);drink a glass of milk on day
-sport(walk-5or6km a day)
-etc there are many tips

And don,t hate your body!.If you respect him, then he respects you too!.!.Think positive!.Change your attitude being smart,funny,sociable,don,t focus just on loosing weight!.YOU will don,t have results!.But,im sure you have sex-apple with those 10pou!.extra!
Show the part of your body who looking good and cover the "ugly"part!.I,ll give a point:when i was over,i had more success to men then other time!.I have big breasts,green eyes and thin waist!.And i learned to use these in my advantage!.Find some for you!.

Once I was fat!. And I mean FAT!!

I was so self conscious that I wouldn't go out, swim, skate etc in case someone I knew saw me!. In the end I lost 40 lbs by running up and down the stairs in my house!. The first few times I only managed 4 or 5 times but, in the end, I could do 50!.!.!.!.and I lost 40 lbs!. It takes determination but if I could do it!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
