I think im addicted to food....?!


Question: I think im addicted to food!.!.!.!.!?
I eat when im not hungry!. i eat out of habit!. i eat when i crave junk food all the time!. i buy salads all the time and never end up eating them because when im hungry i just dont feel like a salad will curve my hunger!. i waste so much money on snacks!. i drink soda all the time!. i drink alot of water as well but when i go into a wawa or 7Eleven or whatever i cant help but buy snacks!. what do i do!? im about 50 pounds over weight if not more!. im 5'4 and im bouncing between 175 and 180 lbs!. i cant stand it anymore!. what should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

always carry water with you, and drink it whenever you want to drink sugary and/or calorie-filled drinks like soda!. did you know that omitting one can of coke a day, you can lose around 5 lbs!. a year just from that!? no lie!. just don't go where they're selling snacks!. always carry something healthy; granola bars are great, they're filling and really really healthy; same with nuts!. just keep an apple, granola bar, anything like that with you, in your pocketbook or whatever, and snack on it when you get hungry!. if you want to eat, just think: am i hungry, or do i just crave food!? if it's a craving, after anywhere from about three to ten minutes it should be gone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

but good thing i know alot about dieting im 5'5 and i wiegh 109 good huh!?
well im 13 and your lucky your getting this answer because what i learned is eating salads and trying to lose wieght isnt going to work
theres called fatty cells and they get bigger when you eat so when you eat a salad you lose 15 pounds say that but guess what its not working you know why because YOU NEED EXCURSICE that makes you fatty cells grow small while dieting doesnt do any thing

Believe it or not, cutting out just soda alone will help you lose weight!.

maybe you have too much time to think about food!. there are more exciting things than food! find a hobby!. set your self small challanges everyday!.!.like i will not eat after 7 pm or i will not eat any junk food today, etc!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Step 1: Stop thinking you're addicted to food!. If you think that, you won't take the responsibility into your own hands!. You are not addicted to food!. You CHOOSE to eat like this!. Admitting it is half the battle!.

Step 3: Be good and stick to this nutrition plan!. You don't have to deprive yourself, but you do need to make smarter choices!. Eventually, you'll stop craving those crappy foods!. If you crave sugar, eat some fruit!. You can even try eating a banana with sugar-free chocolate sauce drizzled on it, or a banana or apple with natural peanut butter!. If you're craving salty and crunchy, go for something like veggies and hummus!. These things are healthy for you and will satisfy your cravings!. If you're feeling like chocolate, you can always have some dark chocolate!. If you're looking for a creamy milkshake, try a sliced frozen banana, a scoop of chocolate protein powder (I like 100% Casein Protein in Chocolate Supreme by Optimum Nutrition!.!.!.it tastes like brownie batter), and a spoonful of peanut butter!.!.!.add water until it blends well, or add espresso (my favorite)!.

yeah, i had the same problem
You eat because your body need nutrients
The reason why you dont get them even if you eat a lot
is because you have parasites and
they are the ones that eat first
and then they leave you the left overs
wich leaves you craving for more food
