What is the best way for me to burn off excess stomach fat with my odd work sche!


Question: What is the best way for me to burn off excess stomach fat with my odd work schedule!?
I have finally had it with my stomach! I was playing Rock Band 2 the other day and it got really hot while I was drumming so I decided to take my shirt off!. I then thought, this is kinda nasty!. So the next day I went out and ran a mile!. I got back and both my legs were throbbing and I could barely walk the next day!. I then decided to rest a day to see if the pain would stop but it didn't so I decided to bike for a little while (about 7 miles) and I cant tell if it is gonna help any at all!. I wanna make an exercise schedule but I cant do that because of my odd hours at work (usually getting off at midnight so I sleep all morning) and I work at Sonic (a fast food place) so it's hard not to eat unhealthy!. So if you read all through this then could you please give me some tips on what I can do!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unless you feel you can deal with the temptation, i would consider just looking around for another job that wouldn't tempt you as much!. As to your schedule, you know it better than i do!. but maybe if you do decide to get another job, you could possibly work day shifts instead of closing hours!. that way you can wake up and exercise instead of sleep in!. Just a thought!. A lot of change, but overall i think it would be worth it!. One of the coolest books i own is called "Eat this not that"!. You should check it out!. And yes, running can do you a lot if you do it consistently!.
