Sick after Post work-out shakes?!


Question: Sick after Post work-out shakes!?
Hey,

When i finish my workout i feel fine up until the point which i take my post workout shakes!. These consist of 5g of Creatine and 70-80g of dextrose sugar mixed with a juice like grape juice or orange juice and then in another glass 42g of Whey Protien mixed with water!. I take these 30mins after my workout but i always feel sick after and whilst consuming them!. Sometimes i am actually sick which i hate because it means i am most likely loosing the benefits of them!.

Any suggestions on what to do!?

I guess you don`t have much soup at lunch or supper!. I`m a Chinese!. They like soup very much!. Have some chicken soup, pork bones/cow bones/fish soup will do you good!.
Most of the time, they put Chinese Herbs medicine in their soup!.
Would you like to have some soup!?
What if I`m not a Chinese!?
If you go to visit those Chinese/Vietnamese/Korean Shops, especially those Herb Medicine Shops, they will give you good advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are probably having an insulin reaction!. That is a tremendous amount of sugar to ingest at one time!. Try consuming the drink over 30-40 minutes to give your body a chance to adjust by producing adequate insulin to digest the drink!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
