Question: Losing weight !.!.!.!. truths :[!?
is it possible for me a girl aged 17 almost in november heighth of 5'7 and weight of 209 to be able ot reach my goal of 149 !?!?!? i have been doing strict healthy diet for a wek and three days exercising regular and my lowest weight ever has been 171 !.!.!.!. with a lot of help and strict dieting and exercise plus my hydroxycut max :]]] [ it is useful to me] do you think its ever possible or not for my body type!.!.!. ive always been chunky because of over eating thanksss

It is possible for you to get to your ideal weight and to keep it there, but you have to change your lifestyle!. if you just diet until the weight is gone and then go back to normal you will put the weight back on again!.
You have to change what is normal for you!. normal has to be healthier leaner food, less junk and less sitting around!.
Normal has to be smaller portions on your plate, taking the stairs instead of the lift, walking instead of getting a lift, cycling rather than getting a bus, playing sports for an hour or two each week instead of playing the computer!.
People are getting fatter than years ago because they eat more junk, drink more pop and just dont move around enough!.
Go on your diet and lose the weight!. I personally recommenf weightwatchers because their diet is not a fad diet it is a way of life and if you stick with it will keep your weight off for life!. They dont ban any food so you can have occasional treats, but you simply cannot overindulge on fatty greasy foods and sit around - their point system will not allow it!.

no DO NOT use that hydroxycut ****!. Its really not good for your body no matter what the commercial says and you don't need that processed food, you need fruits and veggies!. It might take a while but you CAN do it, its up to you if you do do it!. You have to excersise very vigourosly 2-3 hours EVERY single day of the week!. Cut out your

i'm 14 in november, and trust me, when i was 11 i was waaaaaaay overweight! i lost weight by doing a few simple things:
1!. i walked to and from schoo(it was 3 miles away)
2!. i would go outside with friends, that way i was having fun and didn't notice my hunger!.
3!. i joined many clubs so i would be too busy to think about food!.

i lost 12 pounds in 2 months!. i know that that isn't the fastest way, but it works and isn't very hard!. also, it's fine for your health, rather than taking weight loss pills!.

try these tips and it will work!. never give up!!

It could be your genetics, but if you up your exercise and lower your calorie intake, it might get you further!.
