I lost nearly 60 pounds a while back by using a large spoon (what I call a tablespoon) for portions!. I could eat everything everybody else was eating just by taking a tablespoon portion!. It was difficult at first, pudding, chocolate, cake, ice cream, whatever!. I drank a lot of ice water when I felt hungry also!. It just takes time! It took a while for you to gain the weight, so give your body time to lose it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat right and workout, you lose weight when you burn more calories then you take in during the day!.

Easy stuff to help lose weight:
Cut out soda stick with water and milk
No more candy bars
Leave the chips alone
Avoid fried foods

As for working out, depends on what you have to work with!. Gym membership!? Running shoes!? A bike!? Swimming pool!? A plan can be made using what you like to do pretty easily!. Just try getting in 5 to 10 mins of cardio for the first week and then bump it up each week by 5 mins until you get to 30 to 40 mins!. At that point start increasing intensity and bump the time down until you can do it with the higher intensity for 30mins and repeat!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fat as little as possible in your diet!. Balanced nutrition with more stress towards green vegetables and salads with lots of water intake!. Regular jogging or walking and a little exercise to the point of making it a routine and your second nature will definitely get you your target!.

I gave up red meat!. I also ate only veggies and soy accpet for one meal a day were i ate a fish serving!. I also worked out with a personal trainer once a week and i also worked out on my own at least twice a week!.
i have lost 35 pounds in 3 months!. I have also tried nutrisystem it works I lost 20 pounds in a month and a half but i did not have the will power to stick with it its a little weak on taste!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I lost about 16lbs in 3 months exercising - (running on the treadmill and doing workout dvds)!.!. I dont have to watch what i eat as much because if i start counting calories and eat every 3 hours my body rejects it and i wont lose weight!.!. i have to eat when im hungry and eat enough to full me!.!. I had my thyroid checked, got on some meds!.
Then once I had that kick-start, filled the fridge with fresh veggies and fruit, bought light yogurts and drank water or 100% juice not pop or fruit juice mixes, etc!.
Summers (I am Canadian, so not year-round!) I walk to work and home again, about 3 kilometres a day!. Not too strenuous, cal walk halfway, pick up some groceries and then carry on, but every bit helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weight Watchers and wearing a pedometer! Weight Watchers is the most reasonable diet I have EVER been on because you really learn portion control!. ive been on a diet for about a week and three days and have lost 9 pounds :]] i cut out all junk food and starches ie!.!. bread pasta chips!.!.!. i walk every day and jogg in place for 1- min vigorously !.!.!. i track my calories on livestrong!.com but most of i dont give up im on my way to a healthier and better life and im proud to say no to food :]]] i have a LONG way to my goal but i see the light at the end of the tunnelWww@Answer-Health@Com

Excercise!. I joined Curves and lost 50 pounds!. Eat right and exercise!. Forget these magic pills!. You have to burn more than your intake!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
