Ehh your not fat!. Some people will say you are over weight but those are the skinny (bad words) who have way to much time on there hand,

Now when I was 13 I was 5'4 and weighed 130,
but after that I started gaining weight!.

At 15 I was 150 and my height was the same!.

People considerd me over weight to, even when I was 15!.

So just dont pay attetion to them

Your obviolsy just big boneded

Your just young, when u grow up you will realise what u did to your self by contuinsly presacuting yourself over your weight

Kids are kids, there gonna talk crap about your weight, honey just get used to it and dont pay atteionWww@Answer-Health@Com

First, I'd recommend seeing a dietician!. They'll be able to point out exactly what may be holding you back in your eating habits!. If that fails, you should see a doctor!. If you're doing all those sports, eating well and still not losing any weight you might have a thyroid problem which could be fixed with medicine!.!.!.be sure to try everything else first though!. No one wants medication :) Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

No your not very very very overweight! Just a little by like 20 pounds or so! Keep exercising and try to eat healthy and you'll be fine!Www@Answer-Health@Com

join a start like field hockey or softball!. it'll be tough at first but you'll have fun!.
ask your doctor about changing your eating habitsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Although you do a lot of sports, I am assuming that your calorie intake is much more than how many calories you burn through exercise!.

Exercise the same way you have been, but try to eat less!.
Or find foods that are filling, but have low calories (google "filling low calorie food" or something)!.

One tip that I can give you is to drink a lot of water!. Sometimes you eat a lot when you're thirsty-- you mistake thirst for hunger!.

Water is also a powerful appetite suppressant and if you drink an 8-ounce glass of water when you first start feeling hungry, you will find that it suppresses your appetite in nearly every case!. If you just drink a full glass of water and have the discipline to wait 10 minutes, you will find that your appetite is either completely gone or dramatically reduced!.

Also drink water before you eat every meal!. It'll help you eat less, but still feel full at the end of your meal!.

Another appetite suppressant: apples! They're delicious too!

Try not to eat late at night as well!.

Those are a few tips that should help out a little bit!.
Hope I helped!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
