Effects of a (near) starvation diet?!


Question: Effects of a (near) starvation diet!?
Hypothetically, if I started a diet whereby I only ate fruit (perhaps four to eight pieces a day) and only drank water and tea, what effects would I see in my body, such as cold hands, impotence, etc!? How soon into this sort of diet might these things happen!? And would anything else occur!?

your metabolism would be screwed up because it would go into starvation mode and consume fat from your body!. the results are good at first, but if you ever go back to eating real food and stuff you would immediately put on weight!. getting cold comes with the nature of being a light weight!. there have been records of having upper lip hair grow in, in females periods stop because of being under weight, etc, etc!. You will lose Weight fast, but not the way you want!. Your Body will lose muscle mass and your muscle gives you the ability to keep Your metabolism going at a high rate!. But what you will do is slow that down!. After your body gets use to this; at any time you decide to introduce fats into your diet, your body is going to be unforgiving and make it almost near impossible for you to lose weight!. So in the short term you will see very quick results but by the same time the following year you are almost sure to be as heavy or heavier than you were!.

The Best plan to lose weight is to cut your Calorie intake by 500 a day, start slow and increase your workouts to 40 mins a day and add 10 mins a week until you are working out for an Hr a day!. Split your work out sayd from hard and easy and just stick with it!. You are guaranteed to lose 2-3 lbs a week!. I'm no doctor (and I suggest you speak with one about this), however I do know that one of the dangers of this approach is acidosis!. As triglycerides are broken apart (into a lipid and three fatty acids), the acidity level of your blood is increased!. If this happens too rapidly or for too long of a period (as in the case of starvation), your body can suffer organ damage / failure and possibly a coma!.

The fruit and water would actually ber very good for your body!. The only problem would be that the amount of fruit would be barely enough to keep you going!. If you increased the amount of fruit you ate you would lose weight very quickly but you would be perfectly healthy!. So much better than you are today in fact!.

You'd be hungry all the time, you'd probably be constipated, you'd have no energy, you'd be tired all the time, you'd end up been really poorly! Menstrual cycle would more than likely stop!. The first would probably happen straight away because you would shock your body and your body will start to store fat! This really isn't a healthy diet people wanting to lose weight shouldn't look for a quick fix, they should eat healthy, eat breakfast, dinner and tea!. basically your body will go into "ketosis" where your body will break down protein, muscle in your body to digest them for duel, and remember your heart is a muscle, as are many organs, so basically you start digesting them!. your breath really stinks as you can smell the ketones on your breath!. you get really cold all the time, i was even cold in Egypt once in April!. oh yeah, and also eventually your body will rebel and since there IS food available, not a natural lack of food like bears in winter, you will find yourself stay up all night and going into "hunter" mode, if there is no food around you will go into scavenger mode and end up eating out of dustbins and crazy **** like that if there is no food readily available!. you will also end up bingeing if you do have access to real food, then get fat and end up with all eating disorders imaginable!.

when you suddenly cut your meals down dramatically, you body is going to go into a type of shock and automatically slow down your metabolism to preserve any food you do eat so that is not the answers!. It is never good to starve your self and eating just fruit is not healthy!. Fruits produce a natural diuretic , so you need other vitamins and minerals to balance it out!. If you're looking to lose weight and do it in a healthy way, try looking on youtube for sources and answers!. I know it sounds weird but that's what I did!. I found many wonderful people on there doing the same thing and they post video vlogs about their journey!. It has motivated me and encouraged me to do something about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A bad diet will do a lot on your metabolism!. Exspect to see that thing slow down tremendously and it will make it harder for you to lose weight in the future!.

Your energy could decrease, your skin can look dull since you're not giving your body the proper nutrients that it needs, this can affect you from having a normal blood pressure reading!.

You still need protein going into your body!. I know a guy that goes on a juice diet for 2 weeks at a time but he still has to take meds to get his body where it needs to be!. Ask your doctor for advice!. Don't just wing it!.!.!. you could end up hurting your body and having to go into the hospital!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you do this you will become anorexic!.!.!.you may not plan to but it just happens and trust me its not worth it!

If you want to loose weight eat healthy!.!.!.!.!.a balanced diet!

Your body needs protein, calcium, good fat!. With 2 days of starvation you wil start feeling dizzy, tired, sleepy, agitate!.!.!. and those are not great feelings!. So eat healthy and do exercise and you will lose weight and feel great at the same timeWww@Answer-Health@Com
