Can i lift weights every day?!


Question: Can i lift weights every day!?
i have always read that you should lift weights every other day, but i have been reading that you only need one day a week rest, is this true!?
I am fairly small framed, and don't want to get big, but just want to get ripped, so my reps are high when i work out, not heavy weights!. does this make a difference also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

different muscles on different days is what it means, each muscle needs a days rest so if u work arms one day and then chest the next u can go back to arms afterWww@Answer-Health@Com

it depends on how difficult the workout is!. usually it is safe to wait a day or two between workouts not only so you don't injure yourself, but also to give you muscles time to develop!.and you can get tendinitis from lifting weights to rigorously!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, you're doing it wrong!. http://bodybuilding!.com, heavy weights with lower reps, allow 48-72 hours rest between workouts for the same muscle groups!. 8 hours sleep, good diet, don't overtrain, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
