Whats this diet going to do?!


Question: Whats this diet going to do!?
I used to be anorexic and i just wanted to know if I still am or if with this diet im going to loose or gain weight!? and am i Exercising too much!? and eating enough or too much!.

I run 7 miles Monday Wednesday Friday sometimes Saturday on the treadmill at over 7 mph!. and on Sundays I TRY to run 7!.5 miles out side!. I also have a hour and a half ballet class on tuesdays, thursdays and saturdays!. heres my eating

Breakfest
Oatmeal that's 120 calories
with cereal such as Special K and Cheerios on top

I usually have a small natural smoothie with a protein boost in it at the gym befor i work out around 3:00

For dinner i usually have a HUGE salad with Grey Mustard and Vinegar on top sometimes with meat and cheese and a sandwich such as a turkey cranberry wrap!. Sometimes i will have a slice of cake after words b/c my parents make me

Does this look like a good diet to you!?!?!?

you need to eat LUNCH
and if your working out that much you need more food
try to let your anorexia go
you need to be healthy and you know it

well this overall looks like an excellentt diet!. You have all the blocks of thepyramidd in your diet!. Your exercisee level is high!. This diet would be for a person who is willing to lose alot of weight or to have a health life!.
