I have Homecoming in three weeks and I hate how my legs are when I take pictures, buy clothes, etc; I want to look good in high heels and a dress!.
I was on All Stars Elite Cheer Team so that's why my calves are big!. (They were even bigger before!.) But what do you think!? If they are too big, please give me advice on making them smaller!. (Both calves and thighs!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have GREAT legs! It doesn't look like they need to be any smaller!.
If it really means that much to you i would just suggest doing some walking lunges!. That is take a big step in front of you then slowly lower your back knee to the ground, push up and step on the other leg!. Between 12 and 15 of these for each leg with just your body weight will be fine!. Do that for 3 or 4 sets and maybe every 3 or 4 days!.
