Question: How do I get toned up and cut!?
I am currently 160 pounds at 5'8, I been on a low carb diet and I have muscles!. how do i get cut and how long would it take!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating smart would be the first thing, but I would recommend mountain biking!. Find some experienced riders and push yourself to ride at their pace!. Doing an uphill climb on rocky/rooty terrain uses your whole body from upper arms/wrists/shoulder to mid body/back/abs and the obvious legs!.
I don't eat the greatest but I get out once a week for a night ride with a group that pushes me for an hour and a half!. My lungs feel like they're going to explode and my muscles ache but I'll tell you I have noticed my muscle tone "chiseling up" only after just three weeks!.

Stop eatting canned foods
Stop eating fast foods
Stop drinking soda/sweet drinks
Should notice a huge difference in 60 days!. Got me down to 6% body fat!.
Just a key note about the reps and weights:
Low reps builds strength
Mid-high reps builds mass and strength
High reps builds mass

the gym is how i did it well that and kickboxing!. i was also on protein shakes ( beverly mass gainer)!. u have to be dedicated to taking care of ur body!. ask a personal trainer some ideas on how to get the certain parts of ur body worked on!. if i were around id show u!. but its too difficult for me to explain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
