Change of diet, yet feeling sluggish?!


Question: Change of diet, yet feeling sluggish!?
recently i have decided to eat healthier and give up coffee (replaced with tea and green tea)!.
I have even been getting up earlier and going for a walk, but, i have noticed that i am feeling really drained and sluggish!. Is this normal to experience when you change your diet- even it the food is better for you!?!? Will I start to feel a bit healthier soon!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you might be having caffeine withdrawal symptoms and in general your body is probably detoxing a bit!. give it some more time til your body adjusts to your healthier way of life!. i started eating healthier recently (though i still drink a cup of coffee a day) and i was craving sugars for my first week!. but that craving disappeared!. give it time!. you've made the right decision!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
