Question: How over weight am I!?
I'm 15 yrs old and 5'2 I weigh 125!. How over weight am I and how can I get to a healthy weight!? And are there any exercises to make my boobs smaller, I wear a D cup yuck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hun, you are only 15 years old you are not overweight!. When you get older, you are going to be very happy with your size D cup size!.

If you want to flatten your bust line a little bit, try wearing a tight sports bra!.

You are not over weight, however if you are unhappy about yourself you can lose about 10-15 pounds and your breast will become smaller too and you could be healthier!.

That seems like a pretty decent weight to me, you're probably not very overweight at all!.

Breasts are largely fat, so if you cut out junk food and exercise about 4 times a week, you're breasts will probably decrease some!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
