What should i do?and what kind of food and exesrice should i practice ?!


Question: What should i do!?and what kind of food and exesrice should i practice !?
though i swing between binging and starving*too much work i don't want to eat much and sometimes i m just to bored and sad to eat*
i still have fearing of gaining weight and seeing that my family and people close to me want me to gain weight makes me stressed more ,i start to think how to decieve them to get away from this
my period has been late now and my weight didn't change from 80s and because i m short 5,1f i still have this fear of looking like chilly willy*cartoon*
should i go back to gym and try to start eating more sensibly and how !?what does it mean to eat healthy

Start eating right!.

Eat 5-6 small meals a day!. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, and a snack if you're still hungry!.

Meals can consist of a carb, veggie, and protein and snack on fruits, yogurt, and/or nuts and seeds!.

Try drinking 8 cups of ice cold water a day!. Maybe add a cup of green tea!. Get rid of any sodas and drinks with tons of sugar you might be drinking!.

If your family want you to gain weight then maybe they are seeing something that you can't see!. Maybe they see that you aren't very healthy and you might appear extremly skinny and they want to help you!. It seems like you have an eating disorder and getting professional help will be the best thing for you!.

It doesn't seem like you weigh a lot so I wouldn't go back to the gym doing tons of exercise!. You can gain weight and look healthy and still be skinny!. If you do go to the gym get a personal trainer!. He or she can help you stay skinny but a little healthier!. Or even look into a nutritionist!. All these people can help you!.

Eat regular, well balanced meals and exercise for 20 minutes 3 times a week and you'll be fine!. Also consider visiting you local GP to work out a diet and exercise plan that best suits your needs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your family is worryed about you, You might want to stand back and take a different look at your self from a different point of view!. They might want you to gain weight for your health!. There are health weight gain that you could gain!. like musal weight!. Which would be good for you if they want you to gain weight i'm sure they dont want you to gain fat weight like your worryed about but musal and heathy weight for your health!. It will be a smart idea to start eating regualy you can have 6 small meals a day and not gain bad weight if your eating clean and health food and your going to feel better about yourself and not so stressed about!.

Eating healthy just means watching what you eat like for a snack an apple and some nuts is healthyer for you then an apple pie and peanutbutter candy bar!. for lunch some thing like a grilled chicken with salide and water is better then fried chicken french fries!.!.!.
