How much is a 13 year old supposed to weigh?!


Question: How much is a 13 year old supposed to weigh!?
I'm 5'4 (I think) and I don't know how much I weigh!. Yesterday, I only had half a bagel and cheese, but today I had a pepporoni sandwich and a bowl of rice, then I had a few handfuls of chocolate chips (without really thinking)!. Am I going to gain weight now!? Please help!. Thank you!. :(

There is no one right weight for someone your age and height!. You won't necessarily gain weight from what you did yesterday and today -- you might even lose (not many calories there, and the calories you are consuming are primarily unhealthy); if you continue doing this, however, expect to be very unhealthy soon!. Speak to your doctor and/or a licensed dietician for ideas on how to remain healthy and lean!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It all depends on your body composition!. Eating a lot during adolescence is totally normal!. I eats a lot and I'm skinny as a bone o-o; Buh you could always check out BMI, it's the basics for how composition can go!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
