How long is it till i see results from working out?!


Question: How long is it till i see results from working out!?
im 16 and weigh 220 lbs
i lift weights for about an hour at school
three or four times a week
i dont want to run or diet
will i see results or just gain body mass!?

also:im fat duh
but can i take whey protein!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you wan't to c results!.!.!. U NEED CARDIO!.!. u can't just weight lift!.!. also in order to C results u need to make sure u are lifting properly!.!.!.

Don't take protein just yet since that may impair u're ability to lose weight!.!.!.


I recomend the following work out!.!.

Day 1: 40-50 mins of Cardio (you can alternate!.!. treadmill/bike/walking)!.!.
Day 2: Weight training!.!. Focus ON Back and Biceps!.!. abs(three separate excercises for each)
Day 3: 40-50 mins cardio
Day 4: Chest and Triceps, abs
Day 5: 40-50 mins cardio
Day 6: Legs and ABS!.!.
DAY SEVEN REST!!!

NEVER DO MORE THAN TWO MUSCLE GROUPS IN ONE DAY!.!.!. DON"T OVER EXCERCISE!.!.!.!.

that said if you are serious about getting in shape u will c results in about 6 months!.!. don't despair!.!. it will pay off!.!. just keep at it!.!.

DIET!.!.!.

Lower youre calorie intake!.!.!.
that means less junk food!.!.
eat six SMALL meals a day!.!. not 3 large ones!.!. that way u wont feel hungry all the time and you won't eat as much junk food!.!.

No diet!?
