Question: I need help to make a workout plan!!?
ok im 116lbs!.!. i just got a membership to the gym yesterday!.!. i want to tone my body!.!.!. i mainly want to work on getting rid of my love handles, flattening my stomach, and making my thighs and butt tighter!.!. im not sure how to do all of this or what machines to use!. i want to do a body part a day!.!. how many days should i be working out and does any one have a schedule plan i can follow for this type of workout!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Does your gym have a personal trainer/programme service!?!?

I just got a personal programme written for me by one of the trainers at my gym - they listen to what you want to achieve and set up a plan for you based on this!.

It may cost a little money but is definitely worth it in the end as they will change the programme up for you every 4-6 weeks to ensure your body does not adapt to the workout too much and stop getting leaner/fitter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
