I need a body building expert!?!


Question: I need a body building expert!!?
I've been working out for about a year now and I can see results!. The only problem is that I only see the results right after my workout, my arms look big and ripped but the next day I look as scrawny as before I started working out!. I mean sure my arms do look a little better than they did a year back but I don't know why I'm still loose or soggy or whatever you want to call it, after my workout!. so how can I get it so that my muscles still feel firm and look firm even after I worked out!? The pump from the blood rush will certainly be the reason that you're swollen after your workout!. However, I need to know what you're eating, supplementing with, and doing in the gym to better assess this!. You can email that info to me!.

This girl above me knows what shes talking about!. When you lift blood flow increases to your muscles, which swells them up, also when your muscles are full of glycogen (stored carbs in muscle) it is really pronounced!. Try going low carb for a day or two in the gym and you will lose some water weight and since you are not "carbed up" you not notice the ballooning effect much!. Then switch back to carbs and workout then your muscles will pop!. Most Bodybuilders know this and most of them do it before a competition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
