Question: Help with losing weight!? im 14 years old!.!.!.!.!.!?
hey, im 14 years old!. i am 5'4" and i weight 143 lbs!. i hate it, and im desperate to change it!. im making some leeway!. i just ran a full mile straight for the first time ever today :]!. How can i become more muscle and less fat!? oh, and im watching my diet and doing dance twice a week for 3-5 hours!. thanks for any help youy can give me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if you wont to lose weight the best thing i can say is to TRY to get a workout routine established, it WILL help!. And i don't recommend that you go on a diet, I feel your way to young for that!.However make sure when you eat that you portion it out,like if you usually eat two hot dogs try just eating one and some fruit!.But please don't start counting calories its no way to live! Also try get some weight-lifting into your work-out, it doesn't have to be huge something like hand weights to start off, So that way when you lose the weight you won't, cause i know you will, there will be no flabby skin!.Good luck! Eating fewer fattening nuts would help!.

Also having most of your calories early in the day would help as you burn them up with most of the day ahead of you!. Dinner and supper calories are more fattening as you don't burn them up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your fine! Its all muscles!!! If you can run a mile straight and dance twice/ week for 3-5 hours than I'm pretty sure your not overweight!. Your doing good just keep on eating healthy and exercising! You don't need to loose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
