Question: Weight lifting muscle recovery!?
ok i did weight lifting for about 30 minutes i did 3 sets 5kg then 10kg then 5kg again i weight lifted on most of my muscle groups and now im tired as hell does that means my muscles are repairing how do i know i tore little peices in my muscle so it gets bigger!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

take a supplement called L-Glutamine, its not a drug, its a natural ingredient found in food that we eat which aids in muscle recovery!. You just take 1 teaspoon a day!. first of all first u went ofr 5kg then for 10 kg after tht u shld have gone ofr 10 kg or more and not less,, u shld go frm light to heavy!.!.
and other mistake u did is ,,never excercise all muscles in single day,, look one day u shld do
1 st day :- shoulders and triceps
2 nd day:- chest and bisceps
3 rd day :- hings and calf!.!.!.
this shld be ur routine,, consecutive days never excercise same muscles !.!. tht is how u can give time for ur musvcles to repair,,
and if u could do a bit of cardio like running and cycling or swimming it will be great thingWww@Answer-Health@Com
