Question: Is it bad to have a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich every morning for breakfast!?
my daily breakfast: a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich, and a glass of skim milk!. yes, the bread is 100% whole wheat!. peanut butter is regular Jif stuff - 200cals per tablespoon!. jelly is regular grape stuff - 50cals per tablespoon!. is this bad if i'm trying to lose weight!? with the sandwhich and milk its about 450calories for a breakfast!.

i'm 17, 138pounds and 5'2" trying to lose 20pounds!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Peanut butter is good for you plenty of protein , if you buy natural or make your own its even better try to stay away from brands like skippy that have lots of sugars , Also natural homemade jellies are better also so with the skim milk and whole wheat bread its sounds like you have it made!.

Especially considering most people skip breakfast which is totally wrong because breakfast is the meal that Jump starts your metabolism, if you can combine a little fruit on the side besides the sandwich you will be in great shapeWww@Answer-Health@Com

One of my old doctors said that 130lb on a 5'1" foot woman was ideal, the other told me I was 20pounds over weight!. I don't know who to believe anymore!.

1) Switch to low-sugar peanutbutter, or try almondbutter/sunflowerbutter!. You can find stuff like that in specialty grocers!.

2) Ditch the jelly for sugar-free preserves!.

3) Stop counting calories!. Most of the people I know who have therapists are calorie counters!. They're also the ones that crash & binge the hardest, then stay depressed the longest!. They also have more stress in their lives, & stress is bad for your skin!.

4) You're exercising 15 minutes every day, right!? Well, exercise can actually cause weight gain (muscle build) if you're doing the wrong exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know you've heard it a million times, but it is true "breakfast is the most important meal of the day!." You have all day to burn off breakfast and it has been at least a few hours since you have eaten!. Enjoy your PB&J with milk!.

Cut back the sandwich for 3 days a week and substitute egg whites and a slice of wheat!. The peanut butter is very fattening and the jelly raises your blood sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go for the Natural Peanut Butter you won't get all the sugar thats in regular Peanut Butter and try and go for a less sugar brand of Jelly with all that and the 100% WW bread should be ok!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
